Nevada’s Supreme Court last week dismissed a lawsuit against a hospital and two of its doctors who stopped treating a COVID-19 patient with ivermectin and replaced it with remdesivir and other drugs.
Dms, I am so sincerely sorry. Same thing happened to my dad. I know our family’s grief and cannot imagine how it must feel to lose a child this way. I will keep you in my prayers.
With Chevron overturned is it now possible to challenge the government's declaration of an emergency? The facts will show that this declaration was not based on evidence.
Our Constitution is the law of the land. The PREP act should be null and void as it erases the rights of the people which the federal, state and local governments are supposed to uphold, not to abrogate them, EVER.
This is a horrible travesty of justice and I am so sorry for this man and his family. The doctors and hospital are literally getting a way with murder.
Hard to believe the killer protocol has continued for so long. Remdesivir killed my otherwise healthy dad in 2021. The hospital administered this highly nephrotoxic treatment despite knowing he had only 1 kidney. We reached out to multiple law firms re a potential claim of negligence / malpractice but were told FL Statute 768.38 had reduced the statute of limitations to 1 year and increased the burden of proof required of the plaintiff. Desantis failed on approving this pro-hospital, anti-patient statute. And of course PREP Act would have stymied any case as well. You are not safe in a hospital today and if something goes wrong, know that you’ll have no recourse. I regret daily that we had to learn this the hard way.
The other thing which is wrong with this ruling is the judge ignores the proven fact that hospitals received A LOT of money to give certain treatments but not others. So, no money for Ivermectin but 3000+ for Remdesivir.
I'm not certain of the legal term for this but switching someone off a medicine which was helping them in favor of a medicine which only does harm but results in very good remuneration doesn't seem covered under the PREP act. This isn't a medical counter measure. It's a financial measure paid for by the govt. to the entities who receive the financial payments. It has absolutely nothing to do with a "medical" anything.
This same thing happened to my son. I wonder how many cases like this one has gone down the tube leaving families in 100% heartbreak?

There needs to be a class action lawsuit
New FDA recall on a lot of Remdesivir...has glass particles in the vials.

I'm speechless
It's not the first time there has been a recall for glass particles in the kill drug called Remdesivir.
Be careful if you know anyone in the hospital. The medical community is using the trade name Veklury to hide the murderous intent.
And...the FDA approved the use of Remdesivir for babies.

Aside from the murder, isn't this fraud? I don't believe fraud is covered under the Prep act. This video speaks to the money received by hospitals to switch to specific treatments, not for medical reasons but for financial reasons. If you start at min 6 you will see that the speaker has the evidence of this happening: https://rumble.com/v5frb1l-blood-money-aj-depriest-exposes-the-way-money-was-used-during-covid..html?e9s=src_v1_cw&playlist_id=watch-history (video covers both schools and hospitals)

"Disgusting" is putting midly...
