Here's a thought, ..... Gather up the torches and pitchforks, errect the gallows, call upon the Private Attorney General Doctrine and hold public hearings. I believe the original Constitution has clauses that provide for such remedies to be involked in the interests of ending the plague of corruption and fraud against the "public trust", when the evidence is undeniable.
