A class action lawsuit against United Airlines over the airline’s COVID-19 vaccine religious exemption policy can move forward, a federal appeals court ruled this week.
Good work, join the crowd, i.e., "A federal jury in San Francisco awarded approximately $7.8 million to six former Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) employees who were terminated after their requests for religious exemptions to the agency's COVID-19 vaccine mandate were denied." Or, "Federal jury awarded a Catholic woman nearly $12.7 million in a religious discrimination lawsuit after she was fired for refusing a COVID-19 vaccine." It seems like God's religious exemptions outweigh Satan's/Dr. Fauci's evil mandates! Praiz God & the jury!!!
I hope these employees who are part of this lawsuit win big. What a shame to be subject to this degree of tyranny from a corporation leadership who cannot and would not think critically and size up this entire COVID fiasco and shown some leadership. Those who deceivingly promoted fear by exaggerated the severely with the RT-PCR testing which was not only inappropriate, but duped people without science backgrounds to not question the supposed experts who were driving this fear campaign. COVID was deadly to the usual subjects just as flu is each year. Surprisingly, flu disappeared during COVID. Quite surprising indeed.
Amen George. Not only "deceivingly promoted fear by exaggerating" but hospitals that were rewarded with taxpayers' money for murdering covered victims, as documented [and not investigated] by nurses, as mentioned in the book, What the Nurses Saw!
Exactly! I was appalled at physicians and hospitals who seemed to have “forgotten” how to practice medicine. Treatment is between a patient and their physician. Unfortunately, corporate greed, monetary incentives, the “one size fits all” mentally and criminalizing the actual practice of medicine (repurposed drugs and not Remdesavir) resulted in unnecessary deaths. Public health and the “experts” reputations have been damaged beyond repair.
Corporate leadership? Yes, but why stop there? Go back and review the cowardly actions—or inactions—of United’s employee unions who had their thumbs up in the wind to check the direction of employee sentiment over the mandates. And, just like in every other industry in America, the majority sentiment was, sadly, sheepish and cowardly compliance because “we’re all in this together.” This is the true nature of Covid’s epilogue. Like with Nazi Germany, history properly indicts the evil maniacs in the upper echelons of the Nazi Party, but conveniently disregards the culpability of the millions upon millions of Kool-Aid drinking Hans-Six-Packs who cheered them on their way to destruction. And still, to this day, no acknowledgment from the rank-and-file for their own moral failures in their time of testing. No apologies. No contrition. Buyer’s remorse? Sure, but with no sense of complicity. God speed to these lawsuits.
