They took symptoms out of the case definition in 2023, and the original was no good either in that it was incoherently broad. All products need to come off the market entirely and all policies relying on cases cancelled and the case definition vacated immediately. No loopholes.

The case definition is unusable on its face for private entities too. Regardless of what loopholes the language may suggest, universities are 100% liable for any policy requiring so-called covid products "because cases." PREP does not shield actions with no rational basis. A policy based on a case definition with no symptoms (and no medical or scientific justification given for removing symptoms) lacks a rational basis plain and simple.

Absolutely disgraceful that this loophole remains.

I know personally of three very talented medical students who have suffered severe consequences of the vaccine. One died, one has permanent cardiac damage and one now suffers from very serious physical disabilities as a result of adverse effects . All three of these highly intelligent students have paid an extraordinarily high price thanks to the mandated vaccines in order to study medicine. There was of course no possibility of providing fully informed, non-coerced, legally valid consent.

Having studied hard and achieved exceptional results in order to study medicine these students could have excelled in any future career, but unfortunately they chose to become doctors in order to serve the public. What a tragic decision for them!
